Customers may return unused equipment in its original packaging within 14 days of delivery, subject to our assessment and restocking terms.

Return Process

  Initiate a Request

  Contact our support team via email or phone with your order number and reason for return to receive a Return Authorization Number.

  Prepare the Equipment

  Ensure the item is cleaned, unused, and securely packed in its original commercial packaging with all manuals and accessories included.

  Ship to Warehouse

  Label your package clearly with the Authorization Number and ship it to our designated service center using a tracked courier service.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our technicians verify the condition of the equipment, we will process your refund or store credit, minus any applicable restocking fees, within 5-7 business days.
